-[* black] Gently ligt the speaker from the box
-[* black] With a small plier, remove the two wires from the speaker. They slide over the poles of the speaker. While polarity will probably not matter, please note that the one is smaller than the other (visible on the photo), to make sure you keep the polarity. Do not force it back on.
