-[* red] Break the oil filter with your ratchet / wrench.
-[* black] Pull the whole housing unit out and replace the filter inside.
-[* orange] Replace the O ring. Make sure it goes back into the same slot as before and lubricate it with some oil.
-[* icon_note] If your oil filter does not reuse the housing, you can skip these steps and just go straight to lubricating the O ring.
-[* icon_note] Brake cleaner can be used to clean the inside of your housing but is not necessary. Additionally, a screwdriver is helpful in removing the O ring.

+[* black] If filter has a housing, remove filter assembly, and replace the filter inside.
