+[* black] Flip the device on its back to reach a pair of silicon strips and provide yourself a steady working surface. The strips are glued to the chassis and cover four screws which need to be exposed in order to continue disassembly. Applying a small amount of alcohol (96%) will dissolve the glue whilst still retaining some of the adhesive properties.
+[* black] A careful removal with the alcohol will help you to keep most of the glue intact. Remember to keep these areas clean so you can later reuse the glue strips.
