- | [* black] Disconnect the ribbon cable by using pliers or tweezers and be sure not to damage it. |
+ | [* black] Remove the ribbon cable from the exposed side of circuit board that is near the headphone jack by gently pulling the top edge of the ribbon out of its silver housing with tweezers. |

+ | [* black] Disconnect the second ribbon cable by using the tweezers and pulling the end of the ribbon from its housing on the circuit board like you did with the first. |
