-[* red] Start by removing the battery's four (4) 2mm x 3mm wafer head screws, marked in red, with the Philips #0 screwdriver. These should be kept separate from the bottom cover's screws.
-[* orange] Then, lifting the battery, hold the connector (circled in orange), and pull it out of its socket. Pull it out horizontally, parallel to the laptop, not up, as you may damage the laptop's components.
+[* red] Using the Phillips #0 screwdriver, remove the four 2 mm screws.
+[* orange] Carefully disconnect the battery from the motherboard.
