-[* red] Remove the four T10 Torx screws on the corners of the device.
+[* red] Carefully use your T10 Torx screwdriver and make sure it rests in the head of the screw snug and tight so that you are confident it will not strip out the head when a little torque is placed on it. Hold the screwdriver as perpendicular to the Apple TV as possible, because turning the screws while coming at it from an angle could strip out the screw heads.
+[* black] Gently remove the four T10 Torx screws on the corners of the device by turning the screwdriver COUNTER clockwise until the screw has lifted out. Place the screws in a safe location. I like to put similar hardware groups into zip lock bags that I label with a sharpie. You should also consider taking digital photos of your Apple TV as you take it apart, with your own markup on the photos of where things go will only make re-assembly go that much smoother.
