+[* black] Use your fingers to continue lifting up the bottom oil ring rail, working your way around the piston clockwise.
+[* black] At the halfway mark, begin pulling the bottom oil ring rail horizontally out of the oil ring groove.
+[* black] Remove the bottom oil ring rail and set it aside.
