[* black] In order to access the CPU, the cpu cooler fan must be removed. Using a Philips screwdriver, carefully remove the four screws located in each of the cpu coolers four corners.
[* black] After unscrewing the fan disconnect its power cable from the motherboard. If you are having difficulty please refer to your motherboards user manual for assistance
[* black] Finally, gently lift and removed the CPU from the motherboard. Be sure to place the cooler aside as it will need to be reinstalled after the CPU has been replaced.
