[* black] With the pointy end of the spudger, lift the plastic snap holding down the long ribbon at the front of the ThinkPad.
[* black] Pull the ribbon out of the clasp towards you.
-[* black] Unscrew the four 50 mm screws and the six 30 mm screws holding the motherboard . Use the Phillips head #0 screwdriver.
-[* black] When you remove the screws, the portion of motherboard in the top right corner will pop out of the case. Pull it out.
[* black] Lift the motherboard out from the case.
