-[* black] ***Pry off the battery case that is located on the back on the phone.***
-[* red] Lay the device down on a flat surface (with the headphone outlet facing you). Use your finger and put the tip of your finger over the highlighted spot (as shown in the picture) and pull the case towards you.
-[* black] If trying to take off the back case with your finger is too difficult, use the plastic opening tool and stick it in the gap that’s on the top of the phone (that is highlighted in the picture). Pull it towards you until the back plastic case pops off.
+[* black] ***Pry off the battery case.***
+[* red] Place the device on a flat surface (with the headphone outlet facing you). Using one of your fingers, place the tip of your finger over the highlighted spot (as shown in the second picture). Next, pull the battery case upwards.
+[* black] If the first method is too difficult, use the plastic opening tool in order to complete this step. Stick the plastic opening tool inside of the gap. (The gap is located on the top of the device which is highlighted in the second photo). Using the plastic opening tool pull the battery case upwards until the battery case pops off.
