-[* red] Lay the device down on a flat surface (with the headphone outlet facing you). Use your finger and put the tip of your finger over the highlighted spot (as shown in the picture) and pull the case towards you.
-[* red] If trying to take off the back case with your finger is too difficult, use the plastic opening tool and stick it in the gap that’s on the top of the phone (that is highlighted in the picture). Pull it towards you until the back plastic case pops off.
