[* black] Disconnect the 3 wires by the battery's printed circuit board(PCB).
-[* red] To disconnect the wires, stick a flat tool (plastic spudger, iPod opening tool, etc.) underneath the colored component of the connector (i.e. brown or white) and pop it up.
