-[* black] With two flathead screwdrivers one small and the other large. Starting with the short screwdriver carefully and slowly stick it between the rubber stopper and the glass tube. Then slowly apply pressure with a prying action to free the rubber stopper. Repeat all around the stopper to pull stopper evenly.
-[* black] • Once a small portion is lifted either change or stick with the screwdriver you are using. Repeat the prying step above until it is nearly freed.
-[* black] Stop when about ¾th or 3/5th of the rubber stopper is sticking out.
