[* black] Pull the check valve straight out of the hose to remove it.
-[* icon_reminder] When reinstalling the check valve, make sure it is oriented correctly. There is a small, faint arrow on the check valve (highlighted in red here) which should be pointed toward the shorter hose with the nozzle.
