+[* black] With the cables and screws now removed, the motherboard is completely free to be pulled out.
+[* black] To remove it, grab the motherboard as indicated in the photos and lift up then pull out.
+[* black] If no cables and screws were missed, there should be nothing obstructing you from removing the motherboard and if so, ***DO NOT*** force it out. Track back and see what is preventing the motherboard from being removed (i.e cable or screw).
+[* black] Once you are done, you should have the old motherboard out freely as indicated in the last photo and ready to install your new motherboard!
