-[* black] Unscrew the loose knob from the outside of the cabinet. Turn the phillips head screwdriver counterclock wise. Look to see if the screw is too short (this will be the reason why the knob keeps coming unloose). When checking the length of the screw you should see at least 1/2 inch of the screw
