-[* black] Follow the speaker wires to the attachment point on the motherboard
-[* black] Touch the tip of the soldering iron to the solder where the speaker wires are attached to melt the solder and pull away the speaker wires
+[* red] Turn on your soldering iron and allow it to heat up. Once it is hot, press the tip of the iron to the solder that attaches one of the wires to the motherboard until the solder is melted.
+[* orange] Once the solder is melted, use tweezers to remove the wire from the motherboard. Repeat this step with all other wires.
+[* icon_caution] The solder and iron will be extremely hot. You can use tweezers to grab the wire to avoid burning your fingers from accidental contact with the iron.
