+[* black] Locate the data strip that connects the disc reader to the motherboard.
+[* black] Press here on the cable to loosen its grip on the board and unplug the cable. If that does not work, pull firmly on the cable at the base of the motherboard until the cable is free.
+[* black] Locate the second cable connecting the disc reader to the motherboard.
+[* black] Using the plastic pryers, grab here on the cable and pry upwards to loosen its grip on the disc reader board. When losend, you can shake the cable loose to unplug the cable. If the plastic pryers do not work, try gripping the notch and prying upwards.
+[* black] Locate the four pins that pop the disc reader out.
+[* black] Be careful to not touch the laser reader when pressing the four pins and tilting the disc reader to the right. Smudges can ruin the laser reader. This should expose a single screw with the bottom strip attached to the motherboard.
+[* black] Unscrew the screw counter-clockwise with the J1 head on the screwdriver.
+[* black] Gently remove the disc reader without touching the laser reader.
