[* black] Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the four screws on each corner of the screen.
-[* black] The screen can then be separated from the top of the Chromebook. Be careful as to not pull the screen too far away from the device. There is a wire connector for the screen at the bottom.
-[* black] There is a latch on the wire jack that can be lifted using the Phillips head screwdriver.
-[* black] The wires could then be removed by hand and the screen is fully detached from the device. The screen can now be sent to be refurbished or replaced.
