-[* black] Remove the four screws above the keyboard using a Phillip's head screwdriver.
-[* black] Once screws are removed, lift the top of the keyboard up and rotate it towards yourself.
-[* black] Using the spuger, lift up the white part of the connector connecting the keyboard to the motherboard.
-[* black] Pull the cable towards yourself to release the keyboard
-[* black] Locate a replacement keyboard and do all of these steps in reverse to install new keyboard
+[* black] Remove the four screws above the keyboard using a PH0 screwdriver.
+[* black] Once screws are removed, lift the keyboard closest to the screen and gently flip it over.
+[* black] Using the spudger, lift up the white ZIF connector to unlatch the ribbon cable, and gently remove the cable.
