-[* black] Secondly the fan attached to the board must be unscrewed and removed.
-[* black] Thirdly the rest of the motherboard located beneath the fan must be removed.
-[* black] Step 4: After removal of the motherboard the DC jack will be visible.
-[* black] In order for further replacement the jack must be desoldered.
+[* black] Secondly, use a Phillips #0 Screwdriver to remove the four 5mm screws from the fan and use your fingers to disconnect the fan port.
+[* black] Third, use the same Phillips Screwdriver to remove the six screws from the right side of the motherboard
+[* black] Finally, remove the four screws from the Ethernet connector and remove that
+[* black] Once the Ethernet Port is removed, pull the motherboard slightly left and upward to remove it from the laptop.
