-[* black] Slide motor up and to the left to remove it from the shaft.
-[* black] Replace motor.
+[* black] Grip the motor firmly and pull towards the back of the tool. Rotating the back forth until the motor is free.
+[* black] Once the motor is free from the tool you can then dispose of it and replace it.
