[* black] After liberating the two T5 Torx screws from their imprisonment, it took a few minutes of diligent work with a [product|IF145-000|plastic opening tool] to remove the back cover.
[* black] It wasn't particularly difficult to open this device, but anyone attempting it without the proper prying tool will face a lot of frustration.
-[* black] Getting into the device wasn't too hard, but removing the battery gave us a little more trouble than normal. Contrary to the ease of removing the [guide|7182|Galaxy Nexus|stepid=30536] battery, we had to remove two screws, a connector, and some rather sticky adhesive to get to the 4's power source.
