The small hole in bezel is just to allow sound to pass for mic, hollow. Find a thin gauge metal rod, a little smaller than a paper clip, make a 1/4" 90 bend on one end. Insert 90 in hole turn an lift, with a small amount of pressure the bezel will free with no damage to housing.
