[* black] Turn off and unplug the Keurig before starting.
-[* black] Open the lid to view the 21.0 mm screws above the puncture needle.
-[* red] Using a Phillips #2 screwdriver, remove the two 21.0 mm screws.
+[* black] Lay the Keurig on it's back and then open the lid to view the 21.0 mm screws above the puncture needle.
+[* red] Using a Phillips #2 screwdriver, remove the two 21.0 mm screws using the CR-V PH2 bit.
[* icon_caution] Be careful when removing the screws. There is a sharp puncture needle!
+[* icon_note] You may need to use tweezers to get the screws out.
