+[* black] Insert the opener tool into the seam between the top and bottom panels. Using the opener tool, gently pry the top panel upwards until it pops free. Repeat this process along the entire perimeter of the panel.
+[* black] When the panel is free, grab the edge of the panel that is closest to you and pull it toward you.
