-[* black] Remove the two screws holding the dock in place.
-[* black] Pull the dock out. The dock should now slide out easily.
-[* black] Clean any dirt or debris from the golden metal connectors on the bottom of the dock. Also clean around the ribbon connection if necessary.
-[* black] If this doesn't help, order the correct replacement dock for the device and place it in.
+[* red] Remove the two screws holding the dock in place using a Phillips #0 screwdriver.
+[* black] Pull the dock out and slide it out of the device.
