-[* black] To unsecure the keyboard, open the ribbon cable connectors using a plastic opening tool to gently pry the connector upward from the left. Both are located under the keyboard.
- [* icon_caution] Take care when opening these ribbon cable connectors. Pulling these connectors out of their sockets will make it very difficult to reassemble them!
- [* red] Open the small, black cable connector over the copper ribbon.
- [* orange] Open the large, white cable connector over the black and white striped ribbon.
-[* icon_note] Note how the cables are attached to the connectors to ensure the cables are correctly reattached upon reassembly. The ribbon will need to be completely under the connector to attach securely.
+[* black] Use a plastic opening tool to disconnect the two ribbon cable connectors. Both are located under the keyboard.
+ [* red] Disconnect the white connector attached to the copper ribbon.
+ [* orange] Disconnect the white connected attached to the black and white striped ribbon.
