+ | [* black] Locate the green battery on the back half of the body. It is press fit into a small housing that is located near the bottom. |
+ | [* black] Trace the red an black wires running from the battery to the main power board and remove the white clip that is attaching them to the board. This will sever the connection between the battery and the rest of the lantern. |
+ | [* black] Remove the battery from its housing. |
+ | [* icon_caution] Do not remove battery by pulling on red an black wires. You may tear the solder connecting the battery. If necessary, use screwdriver as a lever-arm to pry the battery out of its housing. |
