-[* black] Using the tweezers remove all the dust you can from the ventilation box of the heatsink. Then dust the box off with an air compressor or vacuum cleaner until you are able to clearly see trough it.
-[* black] Finally, remove all of the old thermal paste from the heatsink using the ArctiClean #1 and repeating the same 60-seconds operation you did on the CPU and GPU. Clean the heatsink until you can not anymore see gray stains on the cloth.
