-[* black] To insert bearings, simply center them over the existing opening and firmly press until they are completely inside the wheel and touching the very middle of the wheel. There is one bearing in each side of the wheel.
-[* black] Removal of the bearings consists of carefully prying them out with a screwdriver in a circular pattern.
