+[* black] Only for the Penny, I recommend re-inserting the orbital screws in order to add more stiffness to the frame for the follwing steps. Penny is the only X-Metal with spring hinges on the ear stems. Remove the latter, requires putting quite some load on the frame.
+[* black] Cover a bench vice with some old cloths in order for it not to scratch up your frame
+[* black] Clamp an orbital into the bench vice. The last picture is not showing the optimal position: the orbital screw should have been re-inserted (not shown here) and the frame should be low in the bench and close to the hinge, so you can push against the hinge without causing too much torsion on the frame. (Force shall be transferred to the bench)
