[* red] Remove the seat by loosening the seat clamp (marked in the picture). Loosen the seat clamp by pulling the black lever away from the frame and then by rotating it counter-clockwise.
-[* black] Fit the shaft of the seat into the frame, slide it in until the seat is at a height that you can sit at comfortably. tighten the seat clamp by rotating it clockwise if you are on the right side of the bike. Once your seat is locked in you are ready to ride.
