[* black] Locate the screw on the side of the microphone body.
-[* black] Using a small flat head screwdriver, turn the screw in the side of the microphone counterclockwise until it feels tight.
-[* black] The screw will slide deeper inside the housing, allowing the connector to slip out of the base of the microphone.
+[* black] This screw has a reverse thread that is in the actual connector, so tightening it raises the screw up into the mic. body and holds it in place, whilst loosening it lowers it into the connector. Using a small flat head screwdriver, turn the screw in the side of the microphone counterclockwise gently, until it stops, but do not tighten it.
