+[* black] once the contacts are lose then grip the magnet on the back of the the speaker, good sharp pliers are good to have.
+[* black] the speaket is held in with a double sticky gasket use a slow upward rocking motion to all the adheasive to pull free.
+[* black] the back of the keyboard pulls out easly use this time to clean the case, the power button fell out but was easly replaced, I cleaned the speaker grill inside and out.
