-[* black] Using the plastic spudger, slide one corner of the flat end of the spudger into one of the notches. There are two notches, one for each side of the case. We'll take off the top part of the case first.

The case dismantles in two pieces, this will allow us to remove the top portion of the case. However, you could also begin by removing the bottom portion since the order of removal is not important.
