-[* black] The easiest problem to check for is if the power supply itself is broken. You should first make sure that there are new batteries in the supply, and check that it is sufficiently giving enough power. If it isn't, then it should be replaced with a new one.
-[* black] If that step fails then check the wire cables on our troubleshooting page
+[* black] Use a Voltmeter to check if there is a voltage at the power supply’s connection to the circuit board and directly at the power supply. If there is not the correct voltage at the connection to the circuit board but there is directly at the Power Supply, then see “Wire Connection Replacement".
