-[* black] Using the blue, iFixit Opening Tool, open the keyboard half of the laptop and then gently pull the two halves apart. You should now be able to see a majority of the keyboard's interior parts.
-[* icon_caution] Be careful not to break the ribbons that are connected to the motherboard. If you do, the keyboard and touchpadwill no longer communicate with laptop.
+[* black] Using a plastic opening tool, pry up the palm rest from the bottom half of the laptop.
+[* icon_note] Ribbon cables still connect both halves so don't remove completely.
