[* black] Remove the casing. Slide the plastic cover with the graphic off the main base. Be careful and hold both sides.
-[* black] Flip the device over and unscrew the five 11mm screws with J1 Phillip's head screwdriver. They can be tricky, so add a substance such as adhesive putty to the end of the screwdriver to help pull them out after unscrewing.
