+[* black] With the bottom plate removed you will see the back of the motor. Unlike other AEG's there is NO small disk worry about.
+[* black] Grab the the motor connectors with the pliers by there base(where the wire and connector meet) and pull the red and then the black connectors off the motor contacts.
+[* black] Next pull the motor out of the grip either with pliers a long thin tool.
