+ | [* black] An alternative to forcing the bracket is to first remove the hex screws attaching the bracket to the hard drive. Once these are removed you can shimmy the bracket to the side then lift it out of its position. Once the bracket is removed you can slide the drive out. You can reverse the steps when re-installing the drive - just make sure to line up the holes in the bracket to the holes in the hard drive. |
