-[* black] Place the computer on the backside of the screen, so that the bottom of it is pointing up into the air
- [* black] You may want to place a rag over the screen so that if the front panel touches it while being removed, no scratches are left
-[* black] Carefully begin to move the front panel away from the bottom panel, as if you are opening it like a book
-[* black] The two panels are connected with 4 strips. Remove them all, starting with the ones nearest to the opening and working your way to the back of the laptop
- [* black] The strips are held in place by small black tabs where the strips are plugged in. Flip them up before attempting to unplug them
