Introduction
If the frame is damaged or cracked, the electronics can easily be moved into a separate frame.
The frame of the Basis Peak is a two-piece container for the electronics. On the face, the frame is clear to allow for the user to see the screen. On the back, the sensor for the user's biology is located so it will be touching the skin. If the frame is damaged or the sensor is nonfunctional, the electronics (including the battery, motherboard, and screen) can be moved into a new frame. This guide details said process in which the user must unscrew the back plate, unhook several cables, and remove the motherboard complex.
