Follow the black and red wires coming from the white black plate. It will be attached to the motherboard. You will need a soldering gun for this. Gently use the gun and remove the wires from the motherboard. Use the sharpest metal spudger from the spudger set and pry open the speaker from the case. Then put the new speaker in.
