Introduction
You will be removing the pulp basket from the juicer. If you haven't done so already, make sure you have flipped the switch to OFF from either the LOW or HIGH setting. Unplug the power cord to ensure the juicer is off. If you encountered a problem while juicing, keep in mind there might be pulp in the pulp basket along with juice and/or food in the machine. Be aware of this or clean it out before attempting a repair.
