Introduction
Make sure that the griddler is turned off, unplugged, has cooled down, and is clean before conducting the replacement. This repair/ replacement may be needed if the lettering on the knobs has worn off, if they have been snapped off. The knobs may also just need to be cleaned from the inside if they have been rendered non-movable due to some foreign object or material.
