Introduction
This guide will outline how take apart your Proline strap lock and replace/repair the spring. I created this guide because my strap lock fell apart. I also had to replace the spring myself because the mechanism would not lock. This is not a guide to install the strap lock onto your guitar and strap.. This document assumes you already have the strap lock installed on your strap and guitar.
