Introduction
This guide will help you replace the headphone jack on the ASUS MeMo Pad FHD10. The purpose of replacing the headphone jack is because you cannot hear music using your headphones or the device does not recognize your headphones when connected.
The ASUS MeMo Pad FHD10 is a 10.1" tablet and the headphone part installed in yourthe device is a 3.5 mm jack. When you are ready to begin the replacement, please unplug the charger, turn off the device and remove the memory card. Additionally, please refer to iFixit's guide on soldering and desoldering, as you will be using a soldering gun to remove the headphone jack from the motherboard of the device.
