Changing battery on the Cybook Odyssey Battery Replacement
Introduction
To change the battery on a Cybook Odyssey, you will need to open the device, unsolder the battery, and solder in a new battery.
You will needThe tools required are a soldering iron, solder, and a new battery. A Samsung Galaxy S4 battery can replace the Cybook Odyssey battery. Other batteries should also work (see below in the guide).

Hope it will help you to unmount your Cybook without destroying it (as we began to, when we wanted to open it by pulling the back protection, before we found that the Cybook has an upper cover that was only firmly clipped.)
