Introduction
This guide describes how to adjust the horizontal and vertical rangefinder alignment of the GOMZ Leningrad camera.
The Leningrad has a unique split image viewfinder, where the focus patch is an independent image instead of two images stacked together. When the rangefinder cam is actuated, the patch stays fixed and the rest of the image moves.
***For all screw adjustments in this guide, apply a few drops of acetone prior to turning to dissolve any fastener if the screw is seized. Do not force the screws as they are easily stripped. After the adjustments, one may opt to apply nail polish to secure the screw.***
